Work is not just a job. Not a 9to5 job. We have to be aware that work will never be „enough“. One must imagine Sisyphus happy.

Research and teaching is a good combination. Administration?

The three following publications were published in voluntary work by the members of the "AK Wasser des BUND Berlin" ("Friends of the Earth, Working Group Water Berlin").
All authors together develop here an integrated perspective on the water management of Berlin by integrating the preservation of basics of life in the region, the landscape, fauna and flora and most important the people living in Berlin and its environs (in German).
Additionally my Dissertation thesis (in German) and my Habilitation thesis (translated after submission into English) are for free download.
